Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 12, 2026 ยท Applies to: webdazy.com

Webdazy is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards where possible.

1. Our Commitment

Webdazy believes that the internet should be accessible to everyone. We strive to build websites โ€” both our own and those we deliver for clients โ€” that are inclusive, usable, and accessible to people with a wide range of abilities and disabilities.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility. There are three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Level A
Minimum
Met
Level AA
Standard
Partial
Level AAA
Enhanced
Not targeted

Current status: Webdazy.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address identified gaps.

3. Measures Taken

Webdazy takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

Semantic HTML

We use proper HTML5 semantic elements (headings, landmarks, lists) to provide meaningful structure.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse.

Colour Contrast

Text and interactive elements meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds.

Alt Text for Images

All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images use empty alt attributes.

Focus Indicators

Visible focus rings are present on all interactive elements for keyboard and screen reader users.

Responsive Design

Content reflows correctly at 400% zoom without requiring horizontal scrolling.

Form Labels & Errors

All form inputs have associated labels. Validation errors are clearly communicated in text.

Skip Navigation Link

A skip-to-content link is available at the top of each page for keyboard users.

Dark / Light Mode

Users can switch between dark and light themes; preference is stored across sessions.

No Reliance on Colour Alone

We never use colour as the only means of conveying information, indicating an action, or distinguishing an element.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are aware of the following known limitations and are actively working to address them:

Third-Party Embeds

Some third-party embedded content (such as video players, map iframes, or live chat widgets) may not meet our accessibility standards. We are working to replace or supplement these with accessible alternatives.

Complex Interactive Tools

Our ROI Calculator and Project Estimator use range sliders and dynamic content that may present challenges for some screen readers. We plan to add ARIA live regions and enhanced keyboard support.

PDF Documents

Any linked PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are progressively converting these to accessible HTML formats where possible.

Some Image Galleries

Certain portfolio image presentations may lack detailed descriptions. We are adding expanded alt text and ARIA descriptions across portfolio pages.

5. Technical Specifications
