The price in your proposal is the price you pay — full stop. We will never send you an invoice for more than the agreed amount without your explicit written approval of a change request first. If a project takes us longer than anticipated due to our own underestimation, that's our problem to absorb, not yours.
Fine print: Applies to all fixed-scope projects. Scope changes requested by the client are quoted separately and require written approval.
Every website and web application we build comes with a 30-day bug-fix warranty starting from the day of launch. If anything stops working as it did at launch — broken layouts, form errors, broken links, display issues — we fix it free of charge within 48 hours of the report.
Fine print: Covers functional bugs in work we delivered. Does not cover issues caused by client-made changes, plugin conflicts introduced after handoff, or hosting problems outside our control.
If we miss a delivery deadline that was agreed in your project proposal — for reasons within our control — you receive a 10% discount on your final invoice for every week we are late. We take deadlines seriously. In 4+ years, we have maintained a 95%+ on-time delivery rate.
Fine print: Timeline clock pauses during periods where client feedback or approvals are pending. Applies only to delays caused by Webdazy, not by third-party factors or client-side delays.
Upon final payment, every asset we created for you becomes 100% yours. Source files, design files (Figma), WordPress theme code, all written content, all credentials. We retain zero claim on your work. You can take your assets to any other developer or agency at any time.
Fine print: Third-party assets (stock images, premium plugins, licensed fonts) are subject to their individual licence terms which will be transferred to you.
We include two full rounds of design revisions in every project. If after two rounds you are genuinely not satisfied with the creative direction, we will start fresh with a new creative approach at no additional charge — one time. We'd rather redo the work than deliver something you don't love.
Fine print: Applies to designs that deviate from the agreed brief. Does not cover requests to change the project scope or direction after the initial brief was approved.
Any business information, strategies, customer data, or commercially sensitive details you share with us are kept strictly confidential. We never share client information with third parties, never use your data for our own benefit, and are happy to sign a formal NDA before any work begins.
Fine print: NDA available on request. Standard confidentiality obligations apply to all team members who work on your project.
